FAQs
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. A consultation is required to review your medical history, discuss your concerns, and explain the available options.
How long does a treatment take?
Treatment times vary depending on the procedure, typically 15–60 minutes. An estimate will be provided during your consultation.
Is there any downtime after treatment?
Anti-wrinkle treatments usually involve minimal downtime. Volume restoration may cause mild swelling or bruising for a few days. Booking at least a month in advance of major events is recommended.
What side effects can occur?
Temporary effects may include swelling or mild bruising. We will explain what to expect for your treatment.
Will the procedure be uncomfortable?
Discomfort varies depending on the treatment. Topical numbing or other techniques may be used to minimise discomfort.
How do I know which treatment is suitable for me?
We will review your medical history, discuss your goals, and explain the available options so you can make an informed decision.
How long does the treatment last?
Effects vary depending on the procedure and individual factors. Most treatments are temporary. We will advise on what to expect and any recommended follow-up.
What is the difference between anti-wrinkle treatments and volume restoration?
Anti-wrinkle treatments target specific facial muscles to reduce the appearance of lines. Volume restoration treatments add support to areas with reduced facial volume, helping to restore natural contour and facial balance.
I am pregnant or breastfeeding. Can I have treatment?
No. While there is no evidence these treatments affect the baby, they are generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
How is payment managed?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, and cash. Payment is generally required at the time of treatment. Any specific arrangements can be discussed when booking.
